Carin Levy Goldstein, LMFT


Carin Levy Goldstein is a licensed therapist and writer who began her career in Production and Casting, where she most recently was Manager of Talent at Nickelodeon.

After a decade in the entertainment industry, she transitioned into the world of psychotherapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist where she has written for over a dozen publications about the various psychology topics.

For over 20 years, Carin has worked primarily with creative artists, entertainment executives, and couples, blending her understanding of the industry with a deep commitment to mental and relational health.

She is also a graduate of The Good Material Writing Intensives and is currently developing projects that bridge together the worlds of comedy, psychology, and relationships.

A Southern California native who grew up in North County San Diego, Carin studied at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts before living for several years in New York. Her passion for comedy runs deep - from Some Like It Hot to Monty Python to Superbad - and she firmly believes that laughter is one of the most important tools for both creativity and connection.
